• The Personal Data Controller has applied technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of processed data in accordance with the requirements specified in the applicable provisions on the protection of personal data. In particular, the following have been taken into account: Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 29 April 2004 on the documentation of personal data processing and technical and organizational conditions that should be met by devices and IT systems used to process personal data (Journal of Laws No. 100, item 1024); guidelines of the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection; Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC. The most important elements of the personal data protection system used include:

III. Personal data, purpose and storage time

A. Registration
During registration, we ask you to provide the data necessary to set up an account at Beepack.pl, so that you do not have to waste time refilling the entire order form with each subsequent purchase. By registering, you save time and money, because registered Customers participate in the loyalty program and receive discounts for previously made purchases.
After logging in, a registered Customer also has the option to verify the status of the placed order and the history of purchases made. A registered and logged in customer can independently correct, supplement or completely delete data from Beepack.pl at any time. During registration, we ask you to:
• name and surname – necessary for us to later issue a sales document and address the shipment;
• address (street, house number/or house and apartment number, postal code and city) – necessary for us to later address the shipment;
• e-mail – necessary for logging in and communication related to using Beepack.pl telephone number – necessary in the case of selecting certain delivery methods (required by carriers)
Data is stored for a period of 5 years from the last login.

B. Placing an order
When placing an order, please provide us with the data necessary to complete the order, which in the case of registered and logged in Customers are partially collected automatically from the data provided during registration.
When placing an order, please provide:
1. name and surname or company/institution name – necessary to issue a sales document and address the shipment;
2. address (street, house number/or house and apartment number, postal code and city) – necessary to address the shipment;
3. e-mail – necessary for communication related to the execution of the order;
4. telephone number – necessary in the case of selecting certain delivery methods (required by carriers).
If, when placing an order, the Customer selects delivery to an address other than the one indicated during registration or placing an order, please also provide:
• name and surname or company/institution name – necessary for us to address the shipment;
• address (street, house number/or house and apartment number, postal code and city) – necessary for addressing the shipment;
• telephone number of the recipient of the shipment – necessary when selecting certain delivery methods (required by carriers).
If, when placing an order, the Customer chooses to issue a sales document with data other than that indicated during registration or placing an order, please also provide:
• name and surname or company/institution name – necessary to issue a sales document;
• address (street, house number/or house and apartment number, postal code and city) – necessary to issue a sales document;
Data provided during order placement is processed by Beepack.pl and the following entities to the extent specified below:
• name and surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address indicated as delivery address are transferred to shipping companies in the form of a label/waybill which is also an order to deliver the shipment, depending on the selected type of shipment, the following are transferred:
Poczta Polska SA with its registered office in Warsaw (KRS: 0000334972, NIP: 525-000-73-13)
• name and surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address indicated as delivery address are transferred to shipping companies in the form of a label/waybill which is also an order to deliver the shipment, depending on the selected type of shipment, the following are transferred:

• name and surname, address, NIP indicated as data to be used the issued sales document is transferred as a sales document to the accounting system:

In the event of payment using an external payment system, all data provided after switching to the payment operator's website remains registered only in its database and is not in any way accessible or stored by Beepack.pl. The data is stored for a period of 5 years from the end of the calendar year following the year in which the sales document was issued, in accordance with the relevant provisions governing the storage period of accounting documents.

C. Marketing
In the case of subscribing to the newsletter and agreeing to receive it during the registration or ordering process, we only ask for an e-mail address to which commercial information from Beepack.pl will be sent, which you can unsubscribe from at any time by logging into your account at Beepack.pl or clicking the unsubscribe link located in the footer of each newsletter.

D. Correspondence
In the event that we are provided with personal data that is not necessary for the performance of the contract or legal obligation, e.g. in correspondence with us, in forms for withdrawal from the contract, warranty or guarantee, such data will be immediately deleted or anonymized and will not be processed.

These companies do not have direct access to personal data and do not process it in any way.
The data is processed for 24 months from the last activity.

Beepackpro.com uses the "cookies" technology, i.e. text files placed on your device, in order to enable Beepackpro.com to recognize you and adapt Beepack.pl to your needs.

VI. Transfer of your personal data
